2. Account Registration and Identity Requirements
2.1 — One Account Per Person
Each player may only open one account at dm39. Opening duplicate accounts using the same personal details, payment method, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If a violation is found, the account may be closed and any remaining balance may be withheld.
2.2 — Accuracy of Information
The name, phone number, date of birth, and payment details provided when opening an account must be accurate. Accounts opened with incorrect information may be suspended without withdrawal access.
2.3 — Account Security
Each player is responsible for protecting their own login credentials and password. Sharing or giving any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the dm39 customer service team immediately.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 — Deposits
Payment methods include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. There are no variable processing fees on deposits, but any fees charged by the payment provider are your own responsibility.
3.2 — Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally expected to be completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request, though delays may occur due to bank technical issues or verification processes. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
3.3 — Verification
dm39 may verify a player's personal details and payment method before processing any withdrawal. Any deposit made from a third party may be declined and returned.
4. Welcome Bonus and Promotion Terms
The dm39 welcome bonus is 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.
4.1 — Bonus Calculation Examples
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Total 50,000 Ks → To withdraw, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks
- Deposit 280,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Total 480,000 Ks → To withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks
4.2 — Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
4.3 — Bonus Restrictions
- The welcome bonus can be claimed once per player only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly from the account; they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If dm39 finds that any promotion terms have been violated, the bonus may be cancelled.
- If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement after claiming a bonus, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
5. VIP Programme Policy
The dm39 VIP programme has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Players can move up tiers based on their playing activity and engagement.
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Cashback is calculated once a week, and players should be aware that it is subject to the period and calculation method set by dm39. VIP tier status may be adjusted or suspended depending on circumstances.
6. Prohibited Activities
dm39 strictly prohibits the following actions—
- Any fraudulent attempt to claim bonuses improperly
- Patterns aimed at bypassing bonus wagering requirements (such as arbitrage betting or hedge betting)
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
- Intermediate financial transactions and money laundering
- Hacking or using software bots to play
- Acting in a way that negatively affects other players' gameplay
If any prohibited activity is detected, dm39 may immediately close the account and forfeit any affected funds.
7. Responsible Gaming Policy
dm39 puts players' wellbeing and financial safety first. Please keep in mind that gambling is for entertainment only and should not be used as a source of income.
